A fire broke out near the flats last night, rapidly growing and spreading towards the wires around the buildings.
Thick smoke quickly filled the area, affecting both the flats and the road. Attempts were made to alert residents, but the smoke became too thick to get any closer.
Three fire engines arrived at the scene, and the area was left for safety.
We have video showing what happened.
It was a frightening situation, and we hope everyone is safe.
